Data monitors are used to show high resolution data images, and most will
not display video without the signal being processed.
There are a variety of models and types for different purposes.
15" CRT's are used as general line up monitors.
15" LCD's are used for confidence monitors and often built into lecterns or
used on stands. There are 20 matching units with slim frames that can be
paired on tables as an alternative to projection screens, permitting a high
level of ambient light. There are touch screens for use with the screen
writer system.
18" LCD's are used on tables, displays and as confidence monitors.
29" CRT's are mounted on tilting bases for confidence monitors.
30" LCD's are used for displays and on tilting bases as confidence monitors.
The 29" and 30" units accept most signals.
