Rehearsal rooms are set up so the graphics crew and the presenters can finalise the presentation on laptops identical to those used in the main room. Cue system, touch screens and projectors are used so the kit is the same at the rehearsal as in the main room for the presenter.
This room is rigged before the main room so a presenter can rehearse in a tidy room rather than a building site. Graphics crew can visit presenters at their hotels if necessary.

The presentations do not go into the main room until they are finished and tested on a show machine - a process that prevents errors.
