We'll take briefs, story board, design and create... or we'll take your existing PowerPoint presentations and add photos, backgrounds, etc.
Or we'll simply provide the equipment necessary to feed the signal from your own laptop to our monitors and projectors.
It is usual to have a graphics operator who will 'polish' a presentation
and ensure the graphics appear on screen correctly. This usually
involves running through the graphics to ensure there are no colours
that are unclear, e.g. pale text on a pale bg. that may look fine on
paper but "could be clearer" on screen. The graphics operator will also
ensure the correct frame is on screen when required, transfer material
from other laptops etc.
A CD is burnt for you at the end of each event with all the presentations on
it.
100 Mb ZIP discs, CD and DVD reading, USB memory sticks and floppy drives with media are on site a standard.
Other facilities & peripherals such as printers, scanners, cameras and Ethernet networks can be supplied if required.
