Confidence monitors provide the presenter with an easy-to-read and
reassuring view of the on-screen support material.
As all switching is done at the control desk, the same signal is sent to all
projectors and confidence monitors.
This means that whatever is on the presenter's confidence monitor is also on
all the other screens.
Confidence monitors are all data monitors showing a true XGA computer
image for maximum clarity, in the following sizes:
15" LCD on a plinth to match the lectern.
15" LCD built into the lectern.
15" LCD screen writer for live on-screen writing
18" LCD on a short stand.
29" CRT on a tilting base on the floor.
30" LCD on a tilting base on the floor.
The attractive and slim 30" LCD monitors sit discreetly in front of the
staging, in clear view of the presenter.
Alternative methods are to project onto a screen or screens at the back
of the audience or onto the backs of repeater screens.
